China mouse rebranded by Malaysian brand. How realiable is that? Plus, you don't get frequent or may not get any firmware updates at all to solve the sensor issues as which Razer is practicing.

If can, I'd recommend you to skip it too.

You better get a mouse from a well known company, because you get better support.

For all chap ayam cheapo mouse, yes, it is very cheap, but remember, it's a "Buy And Throw Stuff"

you just brought it? abuse it while it's under warranty, keep using it repeatly, if it's fragile, it will break easily, if it's not, it will probably last you a very long time.

Yes! Sent it in for RMA almost 2 months ago, still haven't got it back. Feedback is they still trying to repair double click issue. And that mouse I use less than 6 months only. This will be my first and last Roccat mouse product.

I bet most of the companies out there will take that long since they send it back to their company respective countries...

My Ikari too, is on it's 5th week of RMA, called PI and they'd just give you those official answers you're expecting - already informed Steelseries but no reply

no bro it doesnt send back to the country
if the RMA takes too long then its the shop who is delaying you
distributor usualy take less than a week to solve the problem
try asking the distributor if he has received the mouse the next day after you send in to the shop
cuz quite many shop warranty dealers are lazy as ****

Some company does send back to their respective country for warranty purpose because the product manufactured from that specific Manufacturer.(Assuming the Product is quite old and not qualify for 1 to 1 exchange, which needs to be send back to their Manufacturer for repair.)

Plus, JustForFun said this
QUOTE

I assume it PI is "Play Interactive" which is our local Malaysia Distributor for Steelseries.

And what you said
QUOTE

which i think does not explain the situation, but making it more confusing.

Since JustForFun currently facing delay from Distributor, not Shop.

Althou i have to agree with some Dealer tends to be lazy. but we consumers too needs to have awareness of the whole situation, such as contacting dealer and distributor sides for warranty information without both sides delaying each others, plus to see who's lying/lazy.
