if the RMA takes too long then its the shop who is delaying you
distributor usualy take less than a week to solve the problem
try asking the distributor if he has received the mouse the next day after you send in to the shop
cuz quite many shop warranty dealers are lazy as ****

RM160 if you but 10 pcs, pretty cheap..but dunno whether after-sales support will be gooding or not.

DA is ergo mouse, while Xai is ambi. if u prefer to stick with ergo, then go for imperator

Better get back DA..the ergo of DA is the best
i used both all those mouse before
and i hate imper the most
due to its plastic sides, the right side blocking my ring finger which is quite annoying
Xai/DA if under tight budget
Sensei if it suits within ur budget

if you like transformers, get the transformers version. moderno is selling for RM189 each.

I have the bumblebee version, currently using it now. 3.0 as backup.

I havent touched black edition before
but i think BE is all rubberised including the sides
while normal DA is top rubber side plastic
