Thinking of doing this to extend the cover of my RC roof another 4 feet. What are the estimated cost?

Mine 6 x 12 + 3 x 22 cost RM4.8k using Rasak wood.

At last my auto gate is up (no motor yet). This is one of my satisfied item, so far...RM6,250 for 14' gate with motor, small gate and pillar lights.

Total installation time about 6 hours, including paint touch up...

Congratulation. This is the feel good factor that you get after putting in all the effort and also the heartache with the renovation work. The satisfaction feeling. Money is not the real issue.

Grills.my, the subsidiary of CSA, which do the high end gate. Grills.my do more affordable gate. But they are using same set of skilled installer.

The customised furniture is in painting stage now. Plan next week to move in to celebrate Malaysian Day, haha..

Yeah, if meter is on the side look better. Maybe try to box up the cable, put a small door if incase TNB want to inspect you can open up the box.

ah, yes indeed most of the BU houses are placing their 3phase meter at the gate pillar..

yup..is more easier for TNB staff to record the usage and not making "angaran" if TNB guy cannot read the meter
