Your renovation very similar to mine. I am still stuck waiting for the MPSJ Permit. Planning to Use Solar Water Heater? How the contractor do "levelling" I assume that this is to level the floor. - make the floor smooth and 0 degree flat.

How tall is the windows? I am planning on a 6 feet tall casement windows and he advised me to have 2 handles per window. |

It is very nice lizzie wong.
 My kitchen extension at the back has these exposed roof truss (I wanted transparent roof tiles for the laundry drying area.). The roof truss is raw and has no finishing at all. Your roof truss finishing is done before or after installation? |
