we are already in LHDN spotlight
BR1M is a trap.

scenario 1
get rm500, means you earn lower than rm3000
then why you can afford car house etc?

scenario 2
dun get rm500, means you earn more than rm3000
where is your tax returns?

LHDN as agent for BR1M is no coincidence.

i have made payment through maybank2u, but my finger too itchy, i close right after i saw the maybank transaction successful.

so, how do i confirm the payment they have received it?

( I din get to see the sijil pengesahan pembayaran....i close it)  only have a printscreen of maybank payment....or should i wait until they want to fine me and send me letter?

there is no way to check....
*
and so the question is yet to be answered "how do i confirm the payment they have received it?"

since the "Bill a/c" is my tax identification id, the payment will be reflected on my ID right, that I had paid it?

I think the reason is that there's a limit as to how much you claim from deposit insurance from each account if the bank goes bankrupt.

Better go to your nearest LHDN office for clarification. Possibly you will get small fine.

Write official letter/email to LHDN and ask them investigate (that the cheque is not cleared) and tell the long story why.
Then ask for replacement cheque.

Sorry, don't know either. I think best is to email LHDN and ask them. Keep the email as black and white.

Otherwise, go over and pay at counter.

My take, not deductible because adding both up, you would've breached the min mark for income tax and yr company would've started deducting pcb on yr behalf...

Anyway... An annual ea form fr yr company should rest the case...

Depends on what is stated in your EA Form.

The allowance is stated in monthly salary slip or not ? If yes, then must add-in. Cannot run away.

I would like to correct the mentality. As long as there is income, must think about declaring the income.

After declaration (submission), if no need to pay tax, then keep and file it properly for future reference.

The Rm600 should be non-taxable income.
