yup..never drop..yeah..guess so? lol... because the phone is brand new...i saw the person at celcom open the seal and packaging in front of me..and summore... quite a few ppl have the same thing, but no effect on performance.

As it does not intefere with the functions, i guess i am keeping this one - dont wanna gamble with a replacement unit - unless they give me a brand NEW set - which i very much doubt it!!

yeah..i'm in the same boat as you... we're not in the usa where they could just easily get a brand new iphone just like that...i bet if you come to the shop in malaysia and complain that the phone makes rattling sound WITHOUT any performance issues, PLUS there a lot of others have the same issues without drawbacks in its performance; you'll just gonna waste your time+energy+money. Plus, we still have a warranty

Any of you guys checked your celcom bill for last month online?

I registered for iphone plan i98 around 20th July, and I received an SMS just now telling me that my bill is RM150+ and I've used 50% more than my credit limit. WTF?

I check online customer service account, but I get no bills yet. Called them, they said it's some pro rate bullshit. I WAS NOT TOLD ABOUT THIS WHEN I REGISTER ಠ_ಠ

I sometimes wonder why didn't I follow my friends and buy the RM53 plan from Digi

edit: did some reason, so I'm charged (roughly) half a month's bill on my first bill under the prorate thing... then why am I charged the RM98 too? Does that mean that I'll be charged in advance at the start of the month, and whatever extras that I use that exceeds the plan allocation will be charged on my next month's bill? Someone help me out here, I'm confus :<

Been using Celcom plan for my Sparkling Iphone 4 white for the past 3 months, and its great.

No billshock, (for those who get it in the first month, it is not - just call their customer service and they will explain to you),

Super fast (use it to play PS3 online games via tethering!),

No battery problems (not sure why ppl keep complaining battery lag but my guess its all in the settings / jailbreaking).

And at the best price for 1 year!

When iPhone 5 comes out, hopefully Celcom got first dibs too.

I'm facing the same here. They're f***ing bullshit! Perhaps they should prorate the RM98 since they prorate the date. Guess what, I'd register earlier one day than you and I've my bill which I need to pay the total amount of RM 124.60 which make me freaking out.

Indeed you're right, I should choose digi RM53 plan!

did they charge you for using extra on Data or for using extra calls/sms?

My extra data usage is just only RM 5.00 but their pro rate fees, goverment tax and some other stupid stuff charged me so much out of my expectation!

why would celcom charge you for extra data usage?

why did they charged u? isn't that they won't charge you once you over you data limit? instead they just slow down your speed
