greenlp..hahahha...i've also been bombarding them with emails everyday tongue.gif (coz they never reply)...till the SA got scolded..so he told me to sms him instead of emailing..I feel bad..but hey..you gotta reply my emails.. if you don't reply my emails..that's considered bad service and plain rude!

This is my worst experience with celcom… Im a loyal celcom postpaid user for 10 years and I’m so frustrated with their service. 3 days ago I bought an iphone black 16GB (pay CASH) from Ikano blue cube. On the first day, at home I noticed something wrong with the phone , I can’t hear anything (voice or tone) from the earpiece , I have to use the loud speaker or earphones to listen. So on 2nd day went back to Ikano for exchange, and the SA told me to go to Bangsar blue cube. I said why cant I just have 1 to 1 exchange? He said : “we have to check its either software or hardware failure”. I replied “ Can u check for me? “ SA said “Sorry I can’t we don’t have technician guy to check “ So the SA directed me to send for a check at Bangsar blue cube. At bangsar the technician checked and he said, “Your phone has some hardware failure” I replied “ What The fish! I just got it yesterday? How come? Is Apple have low QC check ? “ He said “Yes due to china assembled” The technician will give 1 to 1 exchange but the store just don’t have stock yet. I have to wait for next week at least. So today is the 3rd day and I have a crapy phone that cant be use 100%, I need some opinion. Where can I send the phone (celcom authorized store) for exchange and can get it on the spot. Anyone can help?

have u try calling celcom careline??dial 1111 and ask them about the stocks 1st..they will help u out.. nod.gif

I'm currently under the Biz P48 contract and wanted to upgrade to the iphone i148 package however i was told that i need to pay RM300 penalty for terminating the P48 contract. Is it really true that i need to pay the penalty as i am upgrading and still gonna sign under contract?

who told u that u have to pay rm300 penalty??as far as i know if u upgrading plan u dont have to pay any penalty fees..please call celcom careline and talk to them about this... nod.gif

im planning to get an iphone4 16gb white at celcom dis week ><
i wanted the i98 plan ...
but did i have to go like damn early in the morning to wait them open ?(just like i bought it in maxis ==) ?
can some1 tell me can i get it direct or wait ?

i suggest u to go to menara celcom if u r in kuala lumpur..its ok if u go there around 10 am..n 1morething, its better for u to call celcom careline to ask them about stocks availability... nod.gif

good news sis!! biggrin.gif here's few tips for u..bring along ur earpiece..before u sign the letter of acceptance of the replacement unit test the speaker, camera, headset, microphone, and brightness...plug in the earpiece n try play some ringtones just to test the headset jack works perfectly..for brightness, try to set it 100% n see whether its yellowish or not.. nod.gif

guys, i've just started using iphone with celcom for 4 days now...just want a reconfirmation..because before I buy the phone I asked the Celcom salesperson at Kajang branch whether I will get bill shock/additional cost or not if I accidentally exceed my data allowance...and she said no; she said Celcom will just slow down the speed. Is it true? thanks smile.gif

yeah ocs can track data usage~~ btw, i'm using 'data usage' to monitor my data & it's accurate with the ocs
