i actually factory reset twice ~ still same can detect all the lines nearby my house except mine ~ i wonder whether if i bring to se center wad they can do for me

wil the mecury case push the screen protector and coz bubble? mine i hav to use hard lubang case coz the normal silicon case always push the screen proctetor n coz bubble..

I owned sony ericsson hp b4, i found tat it is very good and no matter hw many times it falls, it wont spoil..i love it so much. but i heard fr my fren tat sony hp nw is not really tahan..is this model have d same prob?

by tahan u mean wat? u plan to drop it frequently? any phone most likely to spoil if been dropped many times, u shud be more careful in handlin ur phone rather expected it survive a drop watsoeva, btw hav a fren dropped his phone, the glass crack inside, but the touchscreen everything r functional like normal.

dropped mine twice, once on its side and once flat on the screen. just a minor indentation on its side chrome

Hi guys

Been using my arc and i am really frustrated by some basic function

I tried calling some number and it will automatically says call ended or line busy. I tried with digi or telecom line and everything is ok

After that ,sometime in the middle of conversation , the call will drop or show no signal.

Is it a flaw or i have a faulty phone?

Tell me about it. Own k800 n fells countless of times n still kicking flawlessly. Arc im not so sure but have fell 2 times from sofa height n still ok. With large screen phone u just have to be more careful, there is no other way

I have this problem too with my maxis..it ends the call and lock the screen..so dumb

actually you've provided the answer for your question...
Maxis - not ok
digi - ok
celcom - ok
findings = Maxis issue

both me and my wife using Maxis... I'm using ARC and my wife using IDEOS X5... both of us having frequent drop call same as your situation... this mean the issue with Maxis... not the phone...

look at your phone -> pair with ur earphone bt

i tried, 1st turn on phone bt, then on earphone bt, then earphone screen shows two square and 2 spinning arrow. and tats it. nothng happened then. phone shows nothg. earphone keep spinning....
