I am having problem with my Arc . The signal keeps dropping. The phone will show full signal but when you try to call or sms it will bounce. Is there something wrong with the phone or carrier issue

Hi guys
Been using my arc and i am really frustrated by some basic function I tried calling some number and it will automatically says call ended or line busy. I tried with digi or telecom line and everything is ok After that ,sometime in the middle of conversation , the call will drop or show no signal. Is it a flaw or i have a faulty phone? |
