Lately International connection is slowing down, I barely get above 40kilobytes/sec when downloading. Local speed test is impressive at more than 2Mbps, but to international servers rarely exceed 500kbps now...congestion?

The UB68 package sound interesting but theres no stating the upload and download speed and what type of ip its using, static ip or dynamic ip and whether its public ip or private ip.

Moreover, u mobile website never state its unlimited, they put a cap limit on it.

Whenever a argument case crop up, the website package plan take priority over the one posted here in the forum.
Unless they change website package statement to unlimited, I wont take it for granted its unlimited.

You sure about this?

I thought user should be quite careful over this. I am not sure, but i hope that this won't happen: You use 500kb one session and charged 5 sen. Later you use 200kb/s another session also being charged another 5 sen?

International connectivity is getting worse. Even my DiGi Prepaid 384kbps could stream radio from Mexico without buffering...

I think that means there is no U Mobile 3G coverage where you are. It doesn't depend on APN settings.

Broadband performance? I am not sure about it as broadband performance varies due to various of factors.

APN is my3g. I also think that it has nothing to do with it. Have you tried to switch to UMTS mode?
