Sien... U Mobile customer service damn sucks.

I called them for 1 week already, they keep saying they're looking into it but no difference.

I'm having full bar, ping about 110ms only but my speed is throttled to 360kbps. Wth? I just bought it already throttled?

Just to make clear that UB68 offer is RM68 for 5GB "unlimited", where after 5GB it would be cap, but u still can surf, that is so call "unlimited"

Now the UB68 plan take over by new plan since June 2011 as MB68, where they never mentioned "unlimited" anymore, but with the words "after which the speeds will be managed by U Mobile".

U68 prepaid can roaming celcom 2g ah?

due to the cap and heavy download... i intent to switch to 4mb streamyx , since my house area no unifi coverage yet

but the recent block of p2p and file sharing websites by gov

i am using u68 and not effected at all.....

so... wat to do now... sigh.... either slow download or cannot download at all (or use those IP by pass thing suggested by Op Msia)

You no need to pay full RM68 for it. There are Rm4.50 for each RM30 top up.

meaning every amount u top up, u will instantly get 15% bonus rewards credit ,...

RM30= 15% ( RM4.50 )

anyone here can confirm that data roaming can be used when subscribing to mobile internet (ie MB40)?

Anyway, simple maths: RM68 X 85/100 = Rm57.8 like that. Just top up RM 60 lo.

Freaking me when I got my bill recently. There is suppose rebate from RM 100 paid upfront, but its not there. Crap...what are they trying to do...

just complain to them.. maybe they made a mistake and I'm sure they will correct it..

2 weeks ago I called U Mobile, being polite I told them about my connection problem. I was getting like 360kbps only, despite the network shows full bar.

Then last week, I called again to ask about the progress. They say they will put a reminder. I was still very polite and say ok la, I wait.

Then today, I tak boleh tahan. I made a huu haa when I called them. I demanded them to update me by today if not let me speak to the supervisor.

Why must we resort to threaten customer service only we will see things being done? I really don't like to scold people, but they really leave me with no choice. I was expecting U Mobile customer service to be better than TMnet. But in the end, all also the same.
