almost all user here complaint the CS.
I believe all telco, postpaid user need to go to service center to terminate their line.
Just U mobile got too little service center to let you able to do that....make you feel wasting time...

Looks like they are cutting cost on their CS to give us faster speed at a cheper price that is why the is no one answering our calls...

It is business though, but i think they just give more workload to staff to prevent hiring new ones. Firing staff is not easy, man.

1. YES of course.
2. Unlimited mean no extra charge after quota. But with speed capped.
3. My office at USJ 21, i can get average 2Mbps DL, 1.5Mbps UL. I believe u can get 1.5-3.5Mbps DL, 1Mbps UL at USJ area.

Hi, need some advice...

I am presently on Digi prepaid. Is it advisable to hop onto Umobile Prepaid for its mobile internet? I use mainly for web browsing, MSN and Emails when I am out. I do not download music or video.

Is it cheaper on "Pay per use"? I understand it is chargeable at $0.05/mb...
What speed can I expect in Johore Bahru (Nusajaya)?

how far is your home to the nearest UM center?
*
certainly not at berjaya time square service apartment (if not then i dun mind to walk in like 10 times)

i stay in almost-the-end-of-cheras but tats not the point, cos y do i cancel u-mobile bcos my work requires me to travel like 90% out of Malaysia from Sept onwards

anyway, i got "lucky" tat i realized this "problem" when am taking a break at home, but still, there's more important things to handle than this stupid mistake they made, plus the traffic in KL now is hopeless, it took me 4 hrs to get everything settle, or not, bcos they said they just "help me" to appeal, so tat i dun need to pay for september "usage" (they know i did not effing used it)

I just bought u mobile U68 package since my previous subscription has expired.
Sadly the speed is sofar king slow that I can't even finish a test on speedtest.net and opening this thread takes time.
And I dont want to get on about their CS.
Very "good" waiting time plus the ever annoying waiting song.
