QUOTE(karheng @ Sep 30 2011, 03:20 PM) almost all user here complaint the CS. No.. It is not true. I recalled I cancel my Maxis Broadband by giving a phone call to Maxis CSO.....I believe all telco, postpaid user need to go to service center to terminate their line. Just U mobile got too little service center to let you able to do that....make you feel wasting time... |

QUOTE(um018 @ Oct 1 2011, 09:12 PM) Looks like they are cutting cost on their CS to give us faster speed at a cheper price that is why the is no one answering our calls... It is business though, but i think they just give more workload to staff to prevent hiring new ones. Firing staff is not easy, man. |

QUOTE(komputermuzik @ Oct 3 2011, 04:11 AM) hi. i want to know a few things: 1. YES of course.1) is uMobile using sim card? can i use it with my Huawei E583C 3G Wireless USB Modem (unlocked)? 2) is it really unlimited? 3) hows the service in USJ area? 2. Unlimited mean no extra charge after quota. But with speed capped. 3. My office at USJ 21, i can get average 2Mbps DL, 1.5Mbps UL. I believe u can get 1.5-3.5Mbps DL, 1Mbps UL at USJ area. ![]() |

Hi, need some advice...
I am presently on Digi prepaid. Is it advisable to hop onto Umobile Prepaid for its mobile internet? I use mainly for web browsing, MSN and Emails when I am out. I do not download music or video. Is it cheaper on "Pay per use"? I understand it is chargeable at $0.05/mb... What speed can I expect in Johore Bahru (Nusajaya)? |

I just bought u mobile U68 package since my previous subscription has expired.
Sadly the speed is sofar king slow that I can't even finish a test on speedtest.net and opening this thread takes time. And I dont want to get on about their CS. Very "good" waiting time plus the ever annoying waiting song. |
