hi all, was just wondering, on my galaxy tab, i seem to be capped at 0.6Mbps but then the strange thing is that I didnt receive any 'You have exceeded your quota' sms notification and I also have just renewed the subscription a week ago.
I cant have possibly used 500MB in a week can I? Is there a usage tracker on the umobile site or do I have to separately download a third party data usage counter? Thanks buds. |

is it true?
if i used up all 500Mb in a week on my rm28 mobile internet dataplan , I cannot subsribe to a new dataplan? and need to wait till next month before i can subsribe/upgrade to another plan? if so, that would mean i'd be stuck with a throttled speed no matter wat?? secondly, is the rm28 plan auto renewal by default? to cancel, need to manually do it? thanks |

1st, the customer care line make me waited for 10minutes on the sucks music...
2ndly, i walked in to berjaya time square & terminate my line till august, paid july + august fee there RM136 i still get bills for august, so... they said i only paid till july. fine... maybe i missed. ok i will pay but they said my line is still activate, and i will be billed for september. fck, i tot it was deactivate bcos i walked in... and i did not use a single bit on september. then they said will check with bts center. so, if its a mistake of bts did not deactivate my line, i will have to pay for september and also october, since now its october? they said they have to check. i said then since it is still activate, terminate it now, immediately they said they cant do tat i have to walk into one of the center (WhICH I HAVE DONE THAT!!!!!!) i know the consequences of not paying bills, i will get blacklisted and get lawyer letters. and am at the losing side bcos i did not keep the last receipt that i paid during that termination. cant lodge report, cant complain on the consumer rights place.... sigh.... vincent tan, u win. |
