firstly plan on end of sept, but got biz trip, so gotta plan on oct.
the contractor is fixing the defects on my units, only left hollowness tiles, the rest are done

Much better... No longer an eyesore after they replaced the tiles.
Also, do check the edge on the corner as I noticed most of the finishing at that area are quite poor. Lots of chips or crack at the corner if you inspect closely.

Anyone has any idea on the piece of empty land at the end of the DS & 21/2 story houses? The land looks like its ready for another development . Also it's not fence up , hence not sure if it's part of KR ?
