That's a rain water catchment pond....not possible to get clearer water, as the water get cloudy like 'teh'o ' every time it rains....

Went to look at the kinrara clubhouse again. The pool looks good, surrounded by a pond. The is a small kiddy pool too. But no showers, lots of nice recliners though. Ladies change room wash basin area looks nice. Only 10 simple lockers, 2 shower/change rooms and 1 toilet! LOL.

On first floor, the gym is really small and cramp for 600?? residents. The lounge and mph are reasonably sized. Top floor - one meeting room.

No other facilities like spa, jacuzzi, sauna, badminton or basketball courts. Rm50 per family is reasonable, I think, for such sparse facilities.

Almost 10k man for MOT. Btw I have also received the courier copies.

My only concern is the workmanship since MS rushed to complete the house within the pre-agreed SPA (with MH). MS only took around 1 year to complete what should have been 2.

Good, that means there will be no flood because the developer provide the retention pond.

has anyone signed and returned back the Letter of consent in relation to Guaraded Neighbourhood Scheme, Kinrara Residence‏?

if you not aware, please call your lawyer & ask them to email u this letter.

Signed the TNB and Syabas application letter and paid the amount for the application.
Returned to Mah Sing.
