Hong Leong Bank - WORST service, VERY BAD experience @ Hong Leong Bank CC

I got the same experience now, I apply visa infinite card but get wise gold card now, I called and lodge complaint, and the sales staff call me after 2 days and say this is her mistake and say sorry to me, but the tone is not very good, some more say I'm exciting cm(I'm holding mach signature) she can't get any comm, but what I concern is, from the 1st day I send my documents to her until she submit my application, she never call and inform me, the categories also she choose by herself, without my consent, she can simply do so, I wonder and worry, my documents can be simply use for other way or not now?

hong leong credit card very bad service just now canccelation department call me said if i really want to cancel credit card i need to paid for annual fee ?? i get waive annual fee last july because i use more than 12 time,and now october i want to cancel credit card they said i need to paid annual fee ??? how can like that?? it is i need to report to bank negara ??

Hi, guys !!
Today i just receive my credit card statement .The previous balance is RM2602.16.The current balance is 4597.40.WHY???My credit is 7092.73. Actually all my credit is refund.Shouldn't they deduct the credit ??

I have a few debit cards with HLB and I regularly use their Connect app. So far no major issue with them. When one time my debit card cannot withdraw money, less than 1 hour i could get a new card.

Had bad service from HLB as well. Emailed them to change my statement date, but they asked me to inform them again after the statement date. I was like....okay... Cant you just note my request and change accordingly when the time arrive? The fact that I need to remind you on specific date for a simplw request shows how low your service is.

Yup, i experienced the same bad experience before until i wrote in a complaint email to HLB and cc bank negara in my email. HLB quicky solve the issue for me.

I used HLB Connect to make fund transfer and I got the error message "Error:The transaction amount has exceeded the device limit".
I contacted live support before and they reset my account but still the same. It is very stupid app to have this error and I can't the app to make fund transfer for large amount, say RM6000...
Please rectify this
