End up I don’t use hlb for large transactions

Your transfer limit setting is not correct. I just transfer 14k not too long ago. Just login to website and change the setting once and for all.

No, it is correct. Even CS reset the account and still the same.

Even the app has transaction limit setting which easily tweak using registered TAC

Well, I told you out of good faith and because I tried it and it works. I knew the app has settings but it's incomplete. Just spend 2 minutes login into your hlb account on your chrome and see it for yourself. Why do you want to waste 2 minutes typing this reply instead of trying it and then only fcuk me when it didn't work. I'm not sure whether it's because the change to be connect or duitnow but my settings is gone too. I can't even transfer 20k to my hlebroking account after adjusting the limits in the app. Just login with chrome and there will be a lot more limits to set. There's separate limits for duitnow, ibg, 3rd party hlb, hlebroking, qr, and so many more. The app is still inferior.

Funny thing is you complain cs is rubbish but when other people give suggestions, you brush it off saying cs already reset for me. Didn't you reply here because cs knew shit?

Dont use your own judgement to value me. The settings that you mentioned, I have tried all and it did not work.

I believe the HLB app must have its limit for the app for certain users. It happened to Maybank as well before they lifted it.. .FUX again!

I am not stupid for not checking all the settings! FUX

If you said my setting is not correct, please explain why I can transfer 50k if using browser and why app is restricted? If you are good enough, please show me where is the setting for app limit for duitnow or HLB internal transfer. FUX again.

Hi, I went to Hong Leong to open a saving account but was told that my application is put on pending. I asked the staffs the reasons but they can’t really give me any satisfactory answer. I never have any bad record with them or I am blacklisted as I very diligently pay my dues.
Anyone perhaps know any reasons for the pending mode?

1) Applied for a credit card from Hong Leong Bank website. Submitted all the documents required.

2) Received a call from their Telemarketer agent to provide additional documents. Fine. I can accept. And then the telemarketer asked me to send the card thru the branch or home address. I request to send to the home address.

3) 2 days after, my card is approved. Received a call from one of their officer mentioning that they cannot send the card to home address and need to collect at the branch that near with my home which is Setia Alam.

4) After that, received an email that I can collect the card within 2-3 working days. I went to the branch, the branch is CLOSED due to 1 of the staff got Covid-19. The staff that used to call me to collect at the branch didn't even BOTHER TO CHECK whether the branch is OPEN or CLOSED due to the Covid-19 issue.

5) I went again for another week and they mentioned my card still hasn't arrived yet. The reason they gave is the branch closed for 1 week.

6) Now I still didn't get the card, so much hassle and yes, I'm going to cancel the card after this.

Frankly the HLB service have not improved ..it really suck .Opening a saving account took 5 days for approval despite went to the branch , and that's ifor priority banking ..so if it's a normal banking I don't know how long you need to wait .
