QUOTE(numbertwo @ Sep 9 2011, 09:46 AM) I upgraded to v1.0.4.21 last week when it was released. It definitely only supports BD1.0.In fact, I think BD playability of this version is worse than previous version. I have rip of Gladiator BD in my NAS which used to play on the older firmware (1.0.4.15 and below), it won't play on this firmware anymore. I also have other audio glitches on both MKV and BDRips which I never had with previous firmware releases. If they don't release another firmware soon, I am contemplating reverting back to the older firmware like 1.0.4.15. |

move back to older version, this .21 simply has too many faults that buyers are complaining at now in himedia forum ..

Hi all,
Jz bought the HD600A, do I need to manual refresh the media library every time I added new file to pendrive? Any way to auto refresh it? Also, any guide on setting up NFS for iPhone media streaming on HD600A? Is it normal the output quality is better with component output than Hdmi? |

noob question here:
my tv supports 100hz. i understand that most of these media player output 1080p up to 60hz max. so my question is does the tv upscale the signal from the media player to 100hz automatically? thanks |

Encounter this with 1.0.4.21 firmware, not sure on older firmware...
When I play Despicable Me Blu Ray ISO, when I use the default DTS-HD audio, there is synchronisation issue. Also, there is also no way to select the playlist, as the default one comes with all the commentary and there is no way to change it. |

QUOTE(geforce1999 @ Sep 9 2011, 04:52 PM) QUOTE Did you ever try to tell us how about let's have HD600B with fan. Yes, Now we have two version: One is with Fanless still keep silent enviroment for you. One is with fan will keep cooling Source: HiMedia FB page Hi folks. Any idea which HiMedia model is this, if at all released? Doesn't seem to look like the HD600C which has an antenna and no VFD. So there's now a variant of HD600B ie with fan (updated model) and without fan (original model)? Still waiting for release news of HD900A before I decide which media player to get. BTW, anyone pairing their media player with the Audioengine 5 speaker? Kinda interested to get that combo, so a media player which supports the standard audio jack is required. @ccs221, will you be bringing in this new HD600B model (with fan) as well as the HD900A when released? UPDATED: 26/9/2011. Informed by ccs21 on 25/9/2011 that he'll be bringing in the new HD600B model (with fan) in about 2 weeks, price expected to be slightly higher than RM430 (price of the original HD600B model without fan).
