the floorplan like not suitable for jusco or any big anchor tenant also...

SS2 is either old ppl or low budget youngsters area, dunno why they build such a mall

Heard KL Mutual had moved in and occupied quite a sizeable floor space. Apparently, Econsave will be taking over supermarket space.

See if the mall will be more lively....

the problem is the owner dont bother to promo it.
they are cash rich and got other priority issue to handle.

Wisma Atria is proposing to add Cineplex to its building plan. If the plan is approve, it would means that SS2 mall would have almost no chance to secure another cinema operator.

Atria Shopping Gallery. The former Atria Shopping Centre in Damansara Jaya.

A major cineplex operator is in talks. I believe the upcoming shopping centre will be pretty chic and trendy in terms of offerings.

Nearby upcoming malls:

Still waiting for more info from you about that mega mall in KL which is supposedly bigger than Mid Valley.

nobody wants to rent and no renovation at all in any of the lots. another white elephant.

Alot of malls and office are vacant in alot of area not only ss2 mall. Many people buy but difficult to rent out even condo/houses for investment.

maybe a glut , what do u think?

Agree. I would say tat ss2mall location is a good spot for PJ residents to shop. But never heard of any publicity regards ss2 mall.//

low budget? are u sure? ss2 condo most of them already price above 500 psf...this is price that low budget people can afford ah?

Customer service at Chicken Pot Restaurant in this Shopping Mall is damn terrible. Better keep far away from this restaurant... .. . NO NEXT TIME!!

alot of food outlet/ retail is closing down. many have complain and it a waste of $$ and time.

when a business is not making $$ better sell it off. not waste time
