need some wellknown grocery tenant and cinema la, this is a must for succesful neighbourhood shopping complex....
SS2 mall is a failure since it open begin 2011, (the % taken up is low, almost 1/2 year)

not need make it so difficult to come out as bridal mall or wht...juz get in a grocery market like giant or whtsoever, then bring in TGV..then will attract the crowd...

ya.......agree should built some bunglow, townhouse or condo......not need anoth shopping mall since tropicana city just within 1km distance...wht a lousy plan...
