Missed calls scam from UK +447.... Do not answer or return such calls. My wife received a missed call from this number. Today's Star online news confirmed it is a scam. When you answer or return such calls it will be diverted to a premium service and u be charged RM6

I now fighting for years for PDPA act to take respond.. I'm really hate when third party people call me , sms me without knowing our telco have give information to them..

Proved -> got also
E-mail to pdpa -> done
They contact me again -> done

The best advise to protect your data from scammer.

Don't sign any agreement saying xxx telco/company can used any information provided for third party marketing..

Cross your ic if need copy.

Ask back any provider/company if they would used your data from anything..

Don't ever put your phone number in web service you don't trust.. E.g Facebook no..

If we assume cannot rely on our PDPA department, we need to rely to our self.

Telco cannot ban some number XXX,XX.
I just found some using the same service number.. I have been complaining if not mistaken Public Bank using the same SMS number i was testing before.. Why does public bank using the same sms number?

Hahaha...funny thing happened to me last time when i 1st joined my UK based company, i avoided picking up calls from +447 then next thing i knew was getting screwed by my management.

i tried reply OUT for 63001 short codes, seems not working, still receive... any idea??

just wondering if we are able to tell like what kinda of services was being subscribed to based on the 5-digit content provider code?

example: 36399... macrokiosk. was the company providing video download?? caller ringtone? 4D? or...?

when is mcmc going to stop this scourge?

Can anyone help me on what do i have to do. I had been scammed and i lost a lot of money. Then i make a police report and then give the picture of the report to the scammer without cover my personal information. What should i do

you will never receive any content from it, but yet it charge to your bill monthly. when Digi requested me to send "STOP ALL", it reply you don't scribe any service.

also noted some SMS to UK no. 447786205094 it told this charges when you send thru iPhone via imessege.

any one received such msg b4?
I never apply the game but suddenly received such msg..
should i UNsubscribe? or just leave it ...

Umobile is charging me on this.. i nvr subcribe anything, last mth kena charged rm4 so i paid saje. did call umobile to terminate it....now gone up to rm24...i asked them to waive U mobile said cannot..... any advice pls...
