I believe you know this better but i'm going to say it anyway. Dont't source for cheapest with the guarantee of best quality. There's no such thing best quality but cheap. You would be getting look like best quality, few month down the road the true quality will start to show.

If you can't afford now, save. Do it later.

my personal opinion that block b n c facing the pool is the best unit..if block a, u r only getting klcc view. if block b n c pool view, you get the pool view n if u want klcc view can go to the sky lounge wat...

T.T, the problem is, I went there ytd all left like RM370k-RM 501k for block b and c unit. I am just fresh working people. Cannot afford liao. I wish to get b and c too. $$$$ lol~

if get better rate like -2.4, i can get few ipad2 lo

RM370k- RM501k should be the duplex unit and the swimming pool floor with extra land..am i rite?

I think we should pursue wit developer these common facilities while it is still hot. At least can make developer confirm since everyone not signed spa yet, once sign spa too late liao. If someone go developer office, can pls help ask ?

actually have u guys ever thought of how to go back home during thaipusam week? really take ktm to work for the whole week? before booking the unit, besides YTL cement, traffic jam during thaipusam is my main concern. my friends who works there told me wil be jam for the whole week.... or i should stay at relatives house?

Haha~one house also taken my "life" away, see how. I will visit the show room again on sunday. 

for me, the distance of the YTL depot between the blocks does not matter at all..bcos the entire amara residence will be affected by it if it were to effecrt..the distance between the blocks does not help lo..

haha, from my experience , you no chance to argue for the SPA content, must sign only ....unless, you have big group to complain the content ...
