For rent. Why buy? Good entry price + freebies, freehold, 2 car park, so much facilities, KTM, medium density, win hands down vs. all other developments ard Bt. Caves area like Symphony Heights & Semarak. Got DIBS risk offloaded to banks. Overlooking pros than cons for those who will be taking KTM.

Er, actually my comparison can't be compared like that because those are already sold off and already building. Nothing to compare actually

canot worry too much, or else u cant get it price below 300psf with kuala lumpur address...if u wan nice surrounding with shopping mall, nice landed bunglow houses with greenery surrounding, ya u gt it, at sri hartamas or mont kiara area there..but price tag with 1000psf above...
