between ambank and cimb bank which one offer better rate?
do i necessary take loan from banker suggest my SA to get ipad 2?

If u take from them...they will like 1 stop station/shop handle for u..they got comission. .they will submit for u more easy...
If for non dibs...ambank more worth if compared to cimb...

i called cimb, the highest only blr -2.1, mana ada 2.2? pbb offer -2.4? ada contact? thanks.

In where u saw my posting stated -2.2%?in day 1,the cimb loan officer has told tat is -2.1%...but i thk u can appeal if u hv strong financial background..

nowadays ah, people buy property like buy vege at market

i guess ambank offer blr-2.2, while cimb offer -2.1, so lower interest rate, which is ambank, will be a better deal, and block b is nearer to ktm.

juz now a cimb officer said they will try to get a better rate (blr-2.2 or blr-2.3) upon approval. maybe is depends on the client financial background and loan amount?

Not not nearer to KTM...who told u tat..block B selling fast mean these are typically from investors...and block A typically for buyers who wish for own stay...so do u see the trend here?

he is asking block B and C, not A wor.... i think block B and C got many small units..and block A & D mostly duplex...no? if i were to choose one unit from this, i choose block B, nearer to KTM...

for investment... but if i buy for own stay, die die will pick block B also.. at least during thaipusam, i can take KTM to work for at least 1 or 2 weeks... or i need to stay hotel?

Actually so enthusiastic to buy till forgot to ask salesman the details, like where to enter lift from ground, car enter where etc haha..

But i did ask if Blk B owner can walk to Blk A to enjoy the sky lounge or not (klcc view), & the developer guy said yes Actually thats the reason i bought B, but i wonder if other ppl got other reason ..
