I am going to take the Trilogy! I love the boxset

actually, it is totally up to you, after all it is between u & AMZ.

HOWEVER, MY PERSONNEL OPINION IS AS FOLLOW:

do not request replacement for bluray standard keep case, because it can be replaced easily, it is not customized. average every 10 disc i bought from AMZ, 3 BLURAY KEEPCASE are broken, regardless AMZ US/UK/GERMAN.

u should reserve the right for the replacement when u buy the customized bookcase/steelbook/boxset when it is broken.

if u request too many replacement, i believe they keep record.

i requested they replace the DR. ZHIVAGO bookcase for me, but they send the new disc/bookcase. i accept it as i cannot replace the bookcase. but i can easily buy the standrad bluray keepcase over here for the broken one.

Wat they say is prbbly rite in terms of tat, if u complain too much they might decide to ban us.. but for arguments sake, we are only claiming wat is deemed fair.. actually sum online sites would like proof .. like maybe a shot of de offending item.. jus tat amz has exemplary CS n take out complaints at face value..

I don't like box-sets

Just cancel and re-preordered the following two titles to enjoy the extra $8 coupon for each title.

• Lion King Trilogy
• Beauty and the Beast 3D

I not yet owning any 3DTV, because of above two titles, will definately get it one day when in my affordable level.

got my "artistic movies" steelbook from Amazon.ca..300, SinCity, Kill Bill 1 and 2..all in good condition..
also got the steelbook of Sherlock Holmes for the 2nd time from amazon.de..
crap, it's still dented like the 1st one..WTF..
now I think twice about amazon.de..emmm

ps: who want a cheap (still seal) Sherlock Holmes steelbook? trade in with another used steelbook perhaps..PM me.

i also face lot of packing problem from AMZ DE, my 1st batch steelbook 2 dented/broken, 1 missing disc, after the replacemnet, i would say problem half solved.

AMZ CANADA got better packing, the steelbook from AMZ CANADA also better quality.

1) You can't claim you want to rip the BD for use on mobile devices

2) Short expiry dates sometimes render it quite useless unless you usually buy pre-order releases

yeah..Amz canada got better packing..but Amz.de got more title in steelbook..

up next..Fantastic 4 (1 and 2) steelbook..to order/buy or not to order/buy

I re-check and notice I actually use International Priority Airmail for my B&N... means it is over period, I still not yet received it... Haizz....
