Youtube videos are slow like snail the whole day. Bandwidth meter shows it never pass 50kB/s but once VPN applied, exceed 100kB/s easily.

Just got 4mbps today
I'm surprised how fast I got upgraded since I only called 2 days ago
Getting download speed +450kbps average
Still had to change to Google DNS just to access blocked filesharing site as usual

My speed back to normal *yeay*

back to normal? my speed nvr back to normal... zzzzz my ftp download still stuck @ 30 to 50kb/s

Guys question about the 4mbps upgrade.
They don't let me change to 4mbps,since the distance between TMNET and my house were far IDK how many
But i still insist of changing the speed from 1mbps to 4mbps.
Is it possible to do that? This is my details on the line



Somehow did they say the same thing to you before? A year ago,i changed to blockbuster deals then i wanted 4mbps,so i had to terminate my old line and recontract.
It seems that,they say can't upgrade then i'm stuck with 1mbps.
IS there way to make them install 4mbps..i don't really mind if i get around 3mbps+ or so its better than ntg

10 days as 4mbit user already running out thing to download , need to raise my bar higher lol ... they seriously need to raise the upload speed.

The lower the ping the better it is and the shorter the route the better it will be :-)

Routing is being assigned by iPNOC only they can do it and different ip range will produce different routing

I only got around 3.5~3.7 mbps for the speedtest.
Are you capped with 5120kb speed?
If so how do you request for it/did the technician already set it up with that speed?
Also, anyone here from Kuantan got the speed capped at 5mb?

Just ask for it , nicely .... i even ask him to test my 1mbit speed see the speed TM give me during 5 years as 1mbit user ... capped at 105 KBps , while new user at 1.5 - 2 mbit , he kesian so increase it lol .

Just called the operator hotline and got the port set 5mb
I thought i was gonna have to persuade the operator to give the 5mb cap
but she just simply asked me how fast I want

4MB Snailmyx and bridge connection.

Online gaming suxx...ping 400; was 250 prior.

Speedtest was normal though.

* i subscribe 4mbps in 2008, so in that time, only got package RM 160...
now i see that 4mbps only rm 140.. can i request to change to 4mbps?

Modem normal ADSL modem Linksys or Aztech and + Router with DD-WRT + PC

Mx510... Is there anyway to get a bad or worst ping or routing so that i can change my ip to a better routing ip?

Disconnect n reconnect multiple times then test the ip with ping plotter,anyway i already lodged report to @TMCorp telling them they are having issues with 115.XX, 60.5X.XXX range and 110.XXX range and they are checking the issue at this moment
