4MB users,

Recently, my line keeps dropping and whenever it reconnects back I'm getting sluggish like 94Kbps. (Its not even 512kbps)

Any idea whats the problem? I tried contacting them and they said they've did whatever nessesary on their side.

Could it be a modem problem because I'm seriously getting very frequent disconnections.

where is your location bro? im also facing the same problem.

Forgot to mention I live at Damansara Uptown.

Previously was ok but not sure whether it is the TMnet Modem DLINK faulty.

I've been getting frequent disconnections and if reconnect back I get worst like 90Kbps which is not even 512Kpbs

me too, not sure if the dlink 2640b faulty..cos before that i got my motherboard burnt..but i tested with another 2640b..same

i online click click a while then dc..keep repeating. my location setapak.

They really went and screw the whole thing up with the recent site restriction and throttling.

This could probably be the reason why we're seeing outages and issues almost every year and they often happen almost the same time.
It's because they're trying to install something within their network and make subscribers as test subjects.

All the issues is like self made when it could have been left alone as it is.

i think 4mb line have modem compatibility issue again, i try my previous modem aztech 600eu modem can fast get internet connection but fast dc , dlink 2640b last month still stable using but this month always keep dc , very hard get internet connection

Earlier, when i went to TM Point to upgrade my speed to 4mb, the TM staff said that my area cannot supported. Futhermore, they said that 2mb & 4mb package are on "HSBB" cause it runs on fiber optic. lol.

Getting 124.XXX range on my load balancer so didn't achieved 1 Mb/sec disconnect n reconnect getting back the 175.145.XXX.XXX range so getting back full speed now

lazy and don't bother to make complain, it wouldn't help and change anything............ haih

running @ 80 to 100kb/s only...

Have u disconnect n change ur ip range? also reboot modem

i have rebooted my ip
from 115.135.x.x
to
115.135.x.x same ip range... but behind 6 digit not the same only..
i always get 115.x.x.x

myself similar problem, slow ftp from 12 to 12 daily, always get 115.135.x.x ip range

i upgrade from 1MB to 4MB since April and everything is working fine, but suddenly today speed drop.

when i checked in router config page, the Downstream Line Rate shows 2044Kbps, meaning they downgraded me to 2MB??!! but i still need to pay 4MB price?!! #@#%

hi guys usually when downloading stuff from megaupload or other website etc usually how much speed u get? and what is the max download speed u get so far?
