after making noise at tm point yesterday, today d technician finally bump up the speed as its suppose to be.

previously my speed only at 1 ~ 2MB/s range. though it took them the whole month just to get to this

if you are using Streamyx 4mbps and your area has unifi, will you upgraded?

Just submitted for BB upgrade to 4Mbps.

How long does it take to get upgraded?
What is the brand/model of the wireless modem router that is given free?

It may up to 1 week time after the submission. Depends one la tapi.
For my case, the technician came on the 3rd day after submission. But until today, which is almost 10th day after submission , I still unable to get 4MB speed due to some technical issues faced by them.

For me, I was given Innacomm 4 ports wireless modem. Not sure on the exact model .

Hi all. I need advice on what to do. My 4mbps streamyx line is having issue lately. Very slow due to sharing line with two other PC. Even normal web browsing (not loading youtube) also very slow.

From what I know, my friend told me that my line miscapped to 2mbps. Called them the other day but they did nothing instead of asking me to keep rebooting my modem router.

I`m using my own modem router D-Link DSL-2750U

Need advice what should I do? Kinda frustrated paying for 4mbps but only getting 2mbps line.

DSL now not having any lights and no ringtone.
Is that normal during the progress of upgrading? Can't call 100 since the phone is not working.

I'm on Streamyx 4mb package, just yesterday my phone line down and now it's up again but I found out I got capped to 2mb.

what does this mean?
can you check for me is that possible to upgrade my package from 1M to 4M?

I think it's ur previous installation status,so I think ur problem should b due to area line problem but nt related to ur upgrade application,

How many ports you are currently using? i mean telephone port. if > 1, please use 1 and direct it to your modem ONLY and try. Not sure if it works. no harm trying

it is your line been capped at 2Mbps,

u need to file complain to TM calling 100,..

get a case number from them

ADSL_MM circuit is not INSERVICE status this error message mean no 4M ?

Aiks.. Maximum download speed 440kbps for my 4MB. Speedtest 3.5-3.6mbps. Anyway to increase? XD
