Within 2 weeks, while still under installer warranty, the installer should replace the modem if any issue with it.

In my case, the installer replaced the Innacom with a D-Link on the 11th day.

ic, though the new innacomm modem is kinda 'lagging' compared to d old billion modem sweat.gif

What do you mean, 'lagging'?

Anyway only using the D-Link replacement as back up.

Faced connection issues with phones & tablets when wifi is b/g only.

high ping i assume, most of the time the pages in chrome were a bit problematic to load.

it's not much of an issue wif the old billion modem sad.gif
