Want to share something,for the last 3months i been subscribed 4MB package.
But i only get 3.50Mbs speedtest.
Then my friend who worked at TMNET told me that he would help me to increase speed,at first i dont believe it. When he asked me to give him StreamyxID and Phone No.
He told me to wait 15mins and restart the modem,then BOOOM!
My speedtest is beyond my imagination!!



Now my download speed maximum is 570kbp/s!!! HAHA!

jumper open at 5120, as some unifi users won't return to streamyx anymore... we the 4mbps users won't go back to 1mbps hehe

no, I am not. The installer called the TM ppl to open the jumper at 4mbps, but the TM opened it at 5mbps instead.

my jumper also open for 5120 yet i am only on 1mbps pkg.so my speed still for 1mbps...

Tomorrow im gonna apply for streamyx 4MB package. Previously i was using streamyx 1 MB, but i already terminated the package 6 months ago. How much do i need to pay during during application process? how much during installation? How long does it take for my application to be activated?

Did you terminate the phone line also? Or Streamyx only?

Just streamyx. I can still use the phone and all wiring remain intact. All the modem are still there too.

according to TM Care, if the distance btwn our house and the terminal is 3km the max,then only we can get 4mbps....if not cannot...
