Sleep of Death -phone don't wake up, have to pull out battery...

Dannyl hmm correct the list.  I didt get SOD problem before.

I did some google just now some said it is sd card problem /kernal problem / Bad coded apps / cpu unstable
*
Ok list correct. So many possible causes, very hard to pinpoint. We know it's not baseband anymore. Maybe can now list out SD card used and root status. Apps listing too long to keep track.

Conclusion: baseband does not determine SOD tongue.gif
It's full when there's no charging sign in the battery icon and a notification sound with 100% in the notification area.
Is your Ace with 1 back cover or 2 back covers?

2 back cover one

Guess I'll stick to my KA9 until everybody has no problem using new firmware(might not caused by it too)... So far so good for my rooted SGA with KA9

No JuiceDefender installed or other battery saving apps.
*

i just use normal task manager (by pressing home button 2-3 secs)

Incredible S also got shutdown issues.  Maybe they're related?  The users have pinpointed the cause to be some apps.

Maybe it's just apps.  So... are we going to start posting apps listing? smile.gif
*
Hmm...I wonder izzt juice defender prob..I uninstall it adi... Btw is the adv task killer works? I close all my apps, den click kill all apps, (supposed all apps killed) ... few mins later i go click it again, lol, it show *(num) apps killed... Like never end -.-

Cannot remove... you're stuck with it forever. Factory reset will help.

Just joking. Just press and hold the app, then when it vibrates, drag it to the bottom of the screen.

I've received my spare 1500mAh batts from ebay.

After messing around with them today, my Ace SOD after 12hrs up time. Regret pulling out the batt.

I've just rooted my phone too! Hehe. I use move2sd Enabler to move apps.

You'll have to enable your usb debugging. Choose external. Then after you click apply, they'll bring you to the application settings. Go to Manage applications and you can move your apps there.

Can. Go to app drawer, press Menu->Edit, drag your launcher icon into the app drawer, and drag an app into the launcher.
