Even if you send for repair the sound wont be as nice anymore..  but definitely there is a way to repair it outside..

My razer banshee I plug in no light and no sound, can't detect usb also, tried with diff pc still same, how to solve the prob? Still under warranrty, if I send warranty, usually hw long to repair?

3 weeks or 1 month lor at least. That is why I don't like to RMA my stuff, so need to pray hard you get a working product so you won't go through such hassle. Anyway, get a backup (headset, mouse etc) to be safe. Keke

hey guys, i got a problem with my BWU... the razer logo seems like corroded, looks like there got air buble, but not in the midle, i dont know how it happen, maybe with my sweat i think anyway, can i send my BWU to RMA for this kind of silly problemm?? gosh, i paid nearly 400 for it... This thing is expensive man, i protect it like a little baby, i always put a spectacle cloth beside for cleaning the fingerprint or dust over the BWU interface.

sent my razer banshee to warranty, the person told me to wait 1 - 2 weeks, i wanna ask, razer products they dont repair? they straight replace a new one for you? tats what the lady told me.

RMA process some will usually send out the last repaired one rather than new one. then once urs repaired, it will be sent to whoever sent in another for repair etc etc. of cos if no repaired one, then either they repair or send new one.
