depends.
RMA process some will usually send out the last repaired one rather than new one.
then once urs repaired, it will be sent to whoever sent in another for repair etc etc.

of cos if no repaired one, then either they repair or send new one.

thx so much for the info, usually where is razer service centre? USA, Singapore?

Some times they will send over a new unit.. If its repairable they will just repair and return.. Simple as that..

I think should send back manufacturer in China? just a guess.. not sure where the service centre is..

hey guys, i got a problem with my BWU...
the razer logo seems like corroded, looks like there got air buble,
but not in the midle, i dont know how it happen,
maybe with my sweat i think  doh.gif  doh.gif
anyway, can i send my BWU to RMA for this kind of silly problemm??

gosh, i paid nearly 400 for it...

I think you're pretty much able to RMA cosmetic defect through razerzone, but I don't know how local distributor handle this kind of problem. But you can give Ban Leong a call to inquire about this matter. Contact can be found on 1st page. Then if they accept to RMA, you can follow up with dealer provided that they won't give you much hassles.

It's normal for Razer product to have cosmetic defects. Their QC don't seem that good.

As for me, I always have backup peripheral. Waiting a month for a RMA doesn't seem troubling for me. As long as I can RMA, I'm good with Razer.

Is your unit warranty by Ban Leong, if yes then just bring your keyboard to their office, see they can do anything or not.
They are quite willing to help us. rclxms.gif

The mouse bungee is pretty nice but if I am given a choice, I would go for Roccat Apuri

Hmm.. Apuri kinda big for a bungee if your table is small.. This is more space saving..

Good also got more choice for people now..

But dunno stable or not this bungee.. unlike the Apuri, it have 3 leg/stand to make it stand stable.. If this, i dunno it can go left and right side without falling down..

Though the gloss attracts fingerprints and dust, overall is a good keyboard. smile.gif

Thinking of getting a death adder now to match my pc setup lol tongue.gif or maybe imperator. Can't really tell the difference between these two though. hmm.gif
