astro accidentally activated celestial channel for a few superpack 1 & 2 subscribers in this forum, astro makes mistakes, subscribers benefited

Better call the Astro CS to enquire why you can view 322 when you upgraded to SuperPack 2.

more like astro's database programming glitch, astro will eventually fix the bug(lots of astro spy monitoring this thread ), at the mean time enjoy the free movie channel

Did you specify to them that you want to upgrade to Byond PVR with the built in 500GB HDD?
The superpack 2 itself was just with the PVR function enabled and doesn't meant it come with Byond PVR. Correct me if I'm wrong. If that's the case, you still can record by attaching the Western Digital AV 320GB HDD and do the recording except that you're limited to recording the channel being watched.

It's better for you to call the Astro CS to double check that.

In that case, have you take the iniative to call back Astro Customer Service to follow up the status? Keep asking here won't help getting you Byond PVR faster..

Is it just me, or anyone else noticed the pixelation of ch.551 Discovery feed on some programme? It's bad.

It could be Assthrow trying to adjust all its channels bandwidth to accomodate new channels to be introduced soon. So in the time of trial and error in this testing period, you may see some obvious degradation of certain channels PQ and AQ quality.

after reading for about 10 pages. i'm sitll a little unclear about how many charges will kena if want to upgrade to super pack 3. can anyone kind enough to explain to to me please?

currently my new revise package is price at 127.90 which consists NEP, 2mini,mov and DYN

if i would like to upgrade i understand that i my new bill will become 155+6% tax so is 164++ and will i also kena installation fee? and what charges will i need to pay? currently im still using old decoder.

155+6% this is waht you need to pay for superpack 3, the price include RM20 HD fee and RM10 PVR recording fee, so better upgrade to byond pvr for promotional price of RM150

so i need to pay RM150 for the new PVR set and installation?

for the time being i want to hold for sudden upgrade..
