Anyone could help. Just installed astro Beyond.
I could view HD channels but this feature below not working. Anyone?

Need to check info on HD channels only while watching current channel, you need to press OK (banner appear)--> green button --> select HD. Then scroll left/right to check HD channels info.

When i do this no HD channels being listed.
*
just add one more "OK" like so

OK (banner appear)--> green button --> select HD-->OK-->Then scroll left/right

voice your dislike to astro, gather your friends and family members to complain to astro as well, astro will only act if the is a mass complaint on their service

NHK world HD is a FTA on board Intelsat 8 at 166.0°E, if you have the right equipment you could watch it FOC

I just phone astro to complain about the locked sky news SD channel, they said they are going to look into it, typical!

everyone without news package, complain to astro, ask them to honour their promise as stated in advertisement, unlock skynews SD for all subscriber!

skyNews SD : channel 514
skyNews HD : channel 700
promised free for all subscribers, yet they locked skyNews SD for non-news-package subscriber, call astro to voice your disgust

see astro own ads, promise but fail to deliver

I heard even in standby it uses 20W ,so I switch off my byond every night

putting byond in standby is to facilitate firmware update, so may be you can let it in standby during the day hours
