QUOTE(Long88 @ Jun 17 2011, 08:03 PM) cm7 is a pure performance ROM, while MIUI is more eye candy. however, pretty good balance of eye candy and performance as well, as it's also based on CM7. i would say, if androids are mostly using MIUI, there will be tons of ppl using android over iphone, saved for those wanting the apple logo on their phone shell. MIUI is really a nice to use ROM with many already good to use apps, mainly the core apps. pure android is customisable, but for the average joe that dont even know how to use a smartphone, the learning curve is maybe too hard, and MIUI address all these problems nicely.long88, i would say, give MIUI a try. after all, if you dont like it, just wipe and recover back to CM7. going to MIUI is just data wipe, custom recovery and install MIUI, just like installing CM7 |

Am using the Gingerbread keyboard on my Froyo Defy. Seems better than the stock keyboard. And I am still not that used to the Swipe keyboard as well... still testing the new Gingerbread keyboard now. Got it free from the Market.
