If i do roaming, theyll charge me on credit or just use my data ? coz mine have 400 free mins, 400 free sms and 5GB internet quota.

just got my uMobile sim & started testing the speed over here in damansara..

so far, so good managed to get around 800kbps - 2+Mbps (indoors) which is better than Digi (300+kbps)

im just using up the Rm5 credit (havent sign up for the unlimited plan yet) - wanna test first

How to get this RM10 cash Voucher? and when this promotion start and until when?

Yesterday I have bought RM50 x 2 prepaid reload card. It should come with RM10 KFC voucher for each RM50 reload card but I have been informed that the promotion already finished. Sad to hear that. I bought from Service Center in Sunway Pyramid.

Already the fourth day after ordered their simpack online...still, havent get it yet

If there's no limit, then it's cheaper not to subscribe. 5sen per MB X 500MB = RM25. Compared to RM10 + RM28 = RM38.

Not subscribed, I believe you get charged 5 sen every time you turn some apps on-off. Also perhaps get charged Celcom normal GPRS rate, if it switches to roaming. If you often use small amounts it may add up to far less than 500 MB when you use up credit. This is what it seemed to me from memory but maybe someone can clarify.

You can't just calculate the data usage by just multiplying the data with 5 cents. Do note that when calculating the charges, it involves data usage per session

This means that in one connection session, if you use up 10kb, you will be charged rm0.05. Similarly in one session, 100kb is used, the charge would be rm0.05. When 1.01MB is used, charges would be RM0.10.

More often, we can't have one single connection session that lasts up to 30 days! Connection session would be terminated when: for example; changing from 3g to 2g coverage, turn off and on phone, moving to place without coverage (carpark, high rise building), turning off internet applications on your phone, so on and so forth.

Therefore, I think it is not practically if we just compare the pay as you use rate in this manner.

Mind telling me what is the RM10 for?

Also, free calls save me quite a lot of cash actually.
