If u exceed free 100mins talking in less than 1 month, u need to top up, right?

So what is the talktime rate per min for the excess?

Top up won't give you another 100 mins, just get another sim card and subscribe to another plan. I really hope that U mobile intro a plan with 300 mins free talk time and more sms freebies for a good price. biggrin.gif

If they will allow to trade the 100 minutes to 200-300 sms would would be awesome. I dont make much calls, the reason why i cant MNP to um.

I am on HYC right now and most of my friends are on Maxis so sms is dirt cheap. But Maxis 500mb package is more than double of UM. Really in a conundrum.

Hey guys, have a few questions here.

In general :

1) Calls between umobile are free? As long as i top up rm30/month, i get to call umobiles number for free right for 30 days right?

3) If i subscribe to the unlimited mobile internet (rm28/month)
I get :
•Unlimited Mobile Internet
•100 minutes nationwide calls
•30 SMS
•Hassle-free auto-renewal
•Prepaid convenience with no contract and commitment

In conclusion the plan would be :
1) RM30 reload a month, left with rm2 after payment for unlimited internet
2) Free calls to umobile (unlimited)
3) Free 100minutes call to other network
4) Free 30 sms
5) 500mb of internet, throttle after cap

very disappointed with umobile prepaid plan.

1. deduct my credit for no reason

2. 1st time call to customer service admitted that is their technical issue. the lady say they will refund before my expiry date. So i'm being nice and i trusted her and waited almost 1 month.

3. now almost until my expiry date they never refund back my credit

4. 2nd time call to customer service and they accuse me that i renewed for the unlimited internet twice. hence it was deducted. argue for almost 10 minutes. then only the customer service admitted that they having technical difficulties during that period.

5. 3rd time they provide me a case ID and it seems i have to wait forever to get my missing credit. what the..

6. i never exceeded 500mb nor seldom using any of the free call / sms. what for i renew the unlimited internet twice

Umobile..i am so frustrated...!!! vmad.gif

1. I have not tried that out yet.

2. Have not heard of it.

3. You get RM4.50 bonus after top up RM30. After 500MB, internet speed is being throttled to 64kbps. (Enough for whats apps i guess.)

wah...bad experiece for you bro...

i once reloaded to my number..but the amount didnt go thru eventhough hte reload is success..took them 5 days to refund back to my account...n yes..need to always follow up with them...or else whistling.gif
