I just back from Umobile Times Square to bought new starterpack for my phone.
The customer service right there is very bad. Aiyoh, don't know smile and not even say thanks to me. What type of customer service is that? At that time also got one person right there who is very angry at them and curse nonstop, i'm not really sure why. Their service is really bad izzit? |

can i knw why after i activate free call from Umobile to Umobile, and they still deduct my free minutes????
i'm using rm28 unlimited prepaid.  |

the free mins to all networks you get from the internet plan are deducted first

the 100min is to all network mah...
how can deduct the 100minutes when i'm calling Umobile... if my 100minutes finish, and after that i'm calling others network? they will charge my credit balance? |

anyone experience this?
I'm working and living in singapore, forgot to top up my SIM which expired few days ago. someone mentioned that umobile confirmed that we have 3 months b4 account terminated. but currently I can't connect to any singapore network, is this normal? kinda make sense to not be able to roam when validity expired... is that mean I can only top up my account when I'm back in malaysia? anyone can confirm that we can still connect to umobile network AFTER validity expired? |
