QUOTE(danieloo @ Nov 9 2011, 01:56 PM) Can utilise the internet to use whatsapp, gtalk, ytalk, MSN, pingchat, Google+ Messenger & many more... I'm not too sure how it works.Who need that much of SMS...haha.... Let's say I get a RM30 prepaid card, RM28 is used for the data plan so RM20 remains in my balance. I can use the remaining balance of RM2 to sms right? And another thing, how much is the starter pack for U mobile? I'm coming from Maxis prepaid Thanks QUOTE(soul2soul @ Nov 9 2011, 02:09 PM) Ported as in retaining same number? What are the procedures like? Thanks |

I'm thinking of getting a new number just to test out the coverage and speed first before I take the plunge to U mobile. One reason being is that I won't be able to use back my Youth Club plan should I revert back to Maxis

QUOTE(screwedpeep @ Dec 5 2011, 02:19 AM) that's the best way. i keep my YC sim and buy a new UM number. i don't know. it's not my primary number i just use for data plan so no problem in getting lost in touch w/ friends, etc. You're using two phones?but it would be much advised that you buy a new sim. you won't know what will happen, aite? I'm looking to change from Maxis since it doesn't offer any good deal for data. U mobile is the cheapest around with their 1GB plan for only RM28/month but I'm a little worried about coverage. Well If I could maintain 2 phones, including bringing both of them out, I'll choose Digi's 100MB/day for 100 days for only RM100, but the catch is that it's only a data sim card, so you can't make/receive calls or sms. If only my phone has a dual sim card slot, then I'd probably maintain my maxis line and get the Digi lol |

QUOTE(emy_xvidia @ Dec 26 2011, 08:50 PM) hi guys, anyone here knows whether the U Mobile store in Taman Molek, JB accept EPP for the HTC Sensation XE + U28? If yes, do they have stock there? How much chapter is RM1699 compared to buying the device alone in the market?Do i calculate correctly? Device price [RM1699 + (RM28x24)] / 24 months = RM98.90 per month? You sure you want to commit yourself to a 24 months contact just to save a little on the device? There are issues with u mobile like coverage and might not be as reliable as the major players like maxis or celcom. QUOTE(MANSTIR @ Dec 27 2011, 10:26 AM) But with postpaid you get double the amount of data available and more free sms to useThis post has been edited by -kytz-: Dec 27 2011, 11:55 AM |
