QUOTE(CallMeBin @ Apr 8 2012, 07:12 PM) How about Nutrilite protein drink ? 8g protein only. but it's only 10g, so it's 80% protein which is very high. if you get it free together with some other Nutrilite purchases then by all means mix it in with your protein shake, if you're buying separately using YOUR OWN MONEY then no.

QUOTE(gnsumas @ Apr 8 2012, 09:45 PM) Protein is protein, get whichever one you can get at a better price. In this case, the Nutrex protein has 5lbs at RM168, so unless it tastes godawful, get that. Muscletech products don't suck, they're just overpriced. To be precise, nitro tech 3.09 RM per serving and muscle infusion black rm 2.84 per serving. Both about the same price. I wan to know in term of quality which one better?

if u want to b precise, don't calculate perserving as each protein blend has different amount of protein ranging from 20-25g perserving. u should calculate price per gram.

Am not enjoying my Dymatize Elite Whey Rich Chocolate. Not surprising as it has the lowest review among the taste. Highest was chocolate mint.

We dont hate muscletech, we just dislike the price tag as there are much better value for money brands out there. *nitrotech main ingredient is whey concentrate. try to research whey concentrate vs. whey isolate for starters Added on April 10, 2012, 1:18 amQUOTE(FiragaZ @ Apr 9 2012, 11:56 PM) Hey guys, i am looking for whey, so far the brand in my list are Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Gold Standard, Dymatize Elite Whey, BSN Syntha 6, i heard dymatize whey taste very good. ok.. and what exactly is your question? you just made a statement. QUOTE(FiragaZ @ Apr 10 2012, 01:27 AM) For the brand i mention above, which brand is the best to go? When you say 'best' do you go by results or the taste? If a bit of both I recommend you to get Myofusion, tastes awesome and works well if you only plan to buy 1 tub of protein because it has a few types of protein in a blend rather than just whey.

QUOTE(FiragaZ @ Apr 10 2012, 01:27 AM) For the brand i mention above, which brand is the best to go? cheapest and high whey isolates are Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard and Dymatize Whey Isolate. awesome taste and timed release protein, Gaspari Myofusion. These brands are the best value or money. You can always opt for others for a change but you cant go wrong with these. This post has been edited by tineagle: Apr 10 2012, 10:03 AM

I'm on a cutting phase now, trying to reduce my body fat. Both of them are pre-workout boosters and I'm sure you know about it. I don't think that they have any effects on fat burning because they didn't have any fat burning ingredient (Caffeine, Yohimbe, CLA, L-Carnitine, etc2)

Cut fat: hydroxycut, animal cut, green tea, coffee and good diet/carb cycling Xtend is an intra-workout supplement that helps with recovery while NO xplode is a pre-workout supp to improve your performance in the gym.

QUOTE(KingArthurVI @ Apr 10 2012, 12:49 PM) Cut fat: hydroxycut, animal cut, green tea, coffee and good diet/carb cycling Don't forget to add OxyElite Pro. I've lost 6kg of pure fat using this product; although I've messed my diet for two weeks. Added on April 10, 2012, 1:21 pmBeen thinking to buy Creatine after my cutting phase is over and it seems that there are 7 types of creatine and the three most famous are: 1. Creatine Monohydrate 2. Buffered Creatine @ Kre-Alkalyn 3. Conjugated Creatine which one is better from your opinion? This post has been edited by alien9: Apr 10 2012, 01:21 PM
