I would think it is definitely worth it to install the cobra connex 1ST instead of those body kit. I would think under the 'bolehland' security is the main concern which requires the highest priority to address first. you can spend few thousands to install body kit to beautify your car, but if it kena stolen, it will have no more meaning.

i am not sales person or in any case related to cobra, just a pure honda car owner. I had used the cobra connex since I bough my NHC last year, it serves me perfectly well which gives me a prefectly rest of mind when I need to park my car outside. rm3660 is one time installation fee + first year annual fee.

i got myself 2nd year of annual fee waived that time becos of some inconvenience caused during the installation, the sales manager is nice.

hardware itself cost rm3180 but it comes with 3 years of warranty which is not bad.

after that u are paying annual fee every year for rm360 which includes the fee for the below.

Annual Service Fee
Including Secure Operating Centre (SOC) services, GSM SIM card, traffic and Connex Compensation

and now i transfer my cobra connex from my NHC to my new honda insight, i just need to pay for the fee to transfer which i was told by the sales manager it will be less than rm300 in cost.

Does the RM360 including the compensation guarantee? as
in Honda City cobra connex it stated otherwise. Must add on RM140 for that.

Can anyone plis verify this.my sa told me do not wax or shine ur car for 6 month to let d paint settle. Wash only can or d paint will not last long.

not sure about this. but i already did coating and i just washed/wiped my car with plain water and really it's working perfectly! just plain water wipe, no stain at all

usually for new car, it's is advised not to polish for the first 2-3 months
if wax also use soft wax
this is to allow the paint to properly cure
but i guess the insight would have been at least 2 months old upon delivery, so should be fine

yeah you are rite abt the discrepancy of whether the compensation guarantee has been included.

that's why I am not sure in May, do i need to pay the rm140 also. (my 2nd annual fee rm360 has been waived).

maybe i will check with the sales manager when I do the transfer of cobra connex.

u took rm6xx only meaning in the case of windscreen broken, they only compensate 50% of the windscreen price?

anyone else can verify???

definitely agree, dun wait until ur beloved baby kena stolen already then u regret why nvr do this worthwhile investment and need to go thru all the hassle.

I dun think so...especially for white color, if you dun apply wax at early stage, it became very difficult to get rid of those stains in future...

windscreen cover is to protect your NCB la. your windscreen is already covered 100% under your car insurance

Ya. Seriously considering a wax for my pearl white. It's getting tougher to wash & clean the car. Clear water alone will not able to remove the stains....

I dont know how many percent gets rejected but is that the reason why some are getting their cars earlier? I dont think so. The reason why is that once you placed a booking, some banks will be calling you the next few days to get your application and if not approve, the first 1-2 weeks the dealer will know and already cross you off their waiting list.

I'm sure those orders in front of me already kautim their loans long time ago
