if not mistaken, 20k has a air filter change
40k has a fuel filter change
and not included in the schedule is a recommended air cond service every 25k

the labour cost in those countries are very high
so the just DIY

some bodykit installation involves drilling holes in the bodywork
those would potentially void the anti rust warranty

usually for new car, it's is advised not to polish for the first 2-3 months
if wax also use soft wax
this is to allow the paint to properly cure
but i guess the insight would have been at least 2 months old upon delivery, so should be fine

maybe you can paste a note on the back of each headrest saying
"Air cond will shutdown when car is stopped to conserve fuel"
