Newbie here....Can I use an Android smartphone without having a simcard using data plan from any Telco(I mean just having a normal sim card).I'm now on Celcom Blue prepaid.

How many time you've tried? Try using wifi. Are on data plan package? If not better swtich of at setting to prevent extra charge.

I got question regarding the GPS on Android smartphone:
