I got question regarding the GPS on Android smartphone:

i) without 3G, without interness access, with offline mode, can i use GPS function like a GPS device (Garmin/Papago) with pre-loaded map inside?

ii) Can I install Garmin or Papago on Android? With apps support offline map?

oh, then the map can get easily update one?
So far I just familiar with Garmin and Papago which can easily download the updated map from time to time.
