hi there..

android noob here (galaxy mini ss5570 - DXKB1 (xme) )...I have concern on firmware upgrading froyo - gingerbread. My concern:-

1. Should I flash my 1 week froyo to gingerbread? just to make things better?
2. I did some homework thru samfirmware, Tsar3000, android solution etc..but still don't understand? will my mini affected by the region status?
3. There should be 5 files - APBOOT, CODE, CSC, MODEM..but no TASS?.(download from samfirmware)
4. is it safe to use ODIN 4.38?
5. What do I need to do before flashing my mini? backup? what need to be backup?..is it using specific app?
6. Can I downgrade to froyo if the gingerbread dont run?
7. If I brick my phone..is there a way I can save my phone?
