can i still use tiny umbrella to save my shsh blob? cz i read some blog mention tat it only work for iphone4?

yup...i think only tethered jb is available thru redsnow....and untethered jb will not release within this week...

I got the feeling that Apple has also patch i0n1c untethered exploit as well based on info I got from iClarified so I don't think that the untether will be out for 4.3.4 anytime soon.

Just DO NOT UPGRADE. There is nothing special in 4.3.4. Wait for iOS 5 this September because the features are worth upgrading for.

Agree with Azraeil.There tons of futures in iOS5.You might need another handpicked apps for this iOS tweak.
Plus we also must think on the safety on using the handheld.

if u can see before this ipad 2 that running ios 4.3.3 can be jailbreak with jailbreakme 3.0 which use pdf exploit to install cydia...therefore apple have fix this with ios 4.3.4...so u cannot jailbreak ios 4.3.4 using jailbreakme 3.0 coz apple already block it...

Thats mean the only update is block jailbreakme. Haha wasting my time to download the firmware!

got other features also beside this...but i think its better for u to wait for ios 5...or just wait for untethered jailbreak to release first...

The only other "extra" features other than blocking the pdf exploit is the ability to delete unfinished download of apps from the appstore which is pathetic. I'd say wait until iOS5 is out before even thinking of upgrading.

Yes that's true as well. Downloading the 4.3.3 firmware is going to set you back 666 MB ... fortunately if you're on fibre optic then it'll probably take less than 5 minutes. I downloaded 4.3.4 in under 2.5 minutes so not too bad. But if you're on ADSL, it will probably take a lot longer.

well the pdf exploit is a kinda serious loophole, it can also be used by other hackers apart from using this exploit to jb through jailbreakme.com

it's only a responsible thing for apple to address this exploit. see, the jb community contributes so much to the development of iOS compared to the apple staffs themselves. >.<
