Btw, 5uperMan got 3 days account suspension for piracy discussion and this is his 2 offense. He will get 30 days off for the next offense. Thank you for reporting and please keep reporting those who post on piracy.

This is what happens when we have JB threads. Forumers just don't read the topic and pinned threads which stated no piracy related disucssion.

This is not something nice to do when it comes to giving forumers account suspension but hey, don't blame me for reporting as the rules stated not to discussion on piracy.

This is why we disallow JB discussion back then. Piracy will never end and forumers will continue to disobey the rules as we have seen and btw, there's another thread on piracy as well which the thread started will be given the same equal suspension as the rest.

If this goes on again and again, i will take down all JB discussion like before. Don't blame me for doing so, blame these users for not obeying the RULES.

To addon, since Jailbreak topic is allowed again, some forumers ignored the RULES and we have many reports on forumers posting on piracy.

To deter forumers from posting on piracy, mods or TS of this thread will close this thread for 2 days given as said below:

1) If someone who on their 1st offence post about piracy, warning will be served. If he or another person post about piracy, close thread for 2 days.

2) If someone who did post on piracy before (got reported and warned or even banned ) close thread for 2 days.

Plus, you have the permission to scold/critc them for causing this thread close due to them not taking note on RULES where we have stated NO PIRACY DISCUSSION ALLOWED via this thread, the pinned threads + LYN RULES.

When there's no piracy in discussion, this thread can live on without closure.

Why are we doing this and is this fair? Well, some forumers just don't learn after they were given warning or even account suspension (3-14 days) and still post on piracy and NOT read the RULES. They went against the RULES again n again and hence this is the only option we can use to deter piracy discussion.

So, anyone who post on piracy, please shoot them and teach them a lesson for causing this thread close for 2 days. And yes, they will be given warning as well and maybe account suspension for those 2nd offenders. 3rd time offenders, bye bye..

One forumer has posted on piracy and totally went against the rules in LYN and the pinned thread written by boon.

His name is 123-Joe. Please take note of his name and if he does post on piracy agiain, report him. He received 7 days account suspension from LYN staff and if he does it again, report him and he will be dealt with with 30 days account suspension.

As said below on the quote, one more forumer who post on piracy, this thread will be close for 2 days and reopen after.

Read the RULES for goodness sakes. It's written in the iPhone subforum and in this thread and also in LYN RULES. You should know the rules by now since you're a member from 2008.

Account suspension will be SERVED. DO it again, long suspension will be given. No actions taken by authorities due to ba5tard reedited his post but was clearly reported by forumers on him posting on piracy openly in the forum.

Just to addon, 2 dopey users post on piracy again and their names are FlashyEOS & redex_19. Take note of them. If they dare to even post on piracy again, i will make sure they will receive account suspension.

Btw, 3 offenders (FlashyEOS, redex_19 & ba5tard) did not get their account suspension or even a warning from LYN Staff. They got away good.

No worries, they are all tagged and we will get them next round and it will be a very long vacation for them.

Sadly, that's not how LYN runs.

Warning or account suspension will be given to those offenders. Continous offenders will be given longer account suspension from 14 days to 30days.

4-5th time offenders, we request perma ban.

We can't stop them from posting on piracy as the always ignore the RULES here unless we totally curb jailbreak discussion totally which i don't think you guys want it to happen again.

If this goes out of hand again and again, perhaps we should stop Jailbreak discussion completely.
