hey guys, i just recently jb my iphone 3gs ios 4.3.3 through jailbreakme.com and wow, i can't imagine the process of jb-ing has become so easy just like downloading an app from app store.

the question i had in mind is where do you guys backup the jb stuffs? whenever i update the ios, the iphone will have clean ios until you jb it again, right? correct me if i'm wrong.

well the pdf exploit is a kinda serious loophole, it can also be used by other hackers apart from using this exploit to jb through jailbreakme.com

it's only a responsible thing for apple to address this exploit. see, the jb community contributes so much to the development of iOS compared to the apple staffs themselves. >.<

oh man. my iphone got stuck when it asked me to restart springboard when i dl and installed insomnia. it has been showing the spiralling loading icon for an hour already. what should i do?

Added on July 22, 2011, 1:41 pmnvm i figured out the method to force shut down the phone, pressing power and home button together and hold them till it shuts off.

but i thought we can force install the firmware from itunes by holding shift and select update then we can select the firmware file to install, no?

once i got this weird issue where my jb iphone 3gs can't even receive any signal. it shows that no carrier detected. i guess i messed up the filesystem so what i did was to do the full restore.
