updated and jailbroken 4.3.2! had some issues while updating, turned out I forgot to untick a box in Tinyumbrella when I was doing a clean restore. =)

download winterboard on cydia.
download any themes(from cydia).
go to winterboard in settings.
choose your theme.
respring.

When i jailbrake when want to install back snowbreze package the error 3194 is keep coming ..
I make a host.txt and drag there , and when want to install back that error still coming .. Anyone can help me ?

I'm not sure what you're trying to do here? What do you mean install sn0wbreeze again? As for the host file, in the first place, it should not have the .txt extension it should be hosts and that's it. If there is any extension behind it, then Windows will not recognize it as a host file.

What i want say here is to restore back the IOS .. When push Shift + restored and choose the software to recovery
and error 3194 come out .. And i had learn a step to solve the error 3194 with make a host.txt with adding some number at the host and drag the note into a etc folder back .. And when want to restored back its same error 3194 keep come out ..

if u r using a Mac to jailbreak, u may try the following:
1. look for the following file in folder /etc/hosts (this is a file without extension)
2. Edit the file.
3. Removing the whole line that contains gs.apple.com such as "127.0.0.1 gs.apple.com"
4. Save the file and reboot.

if u r using Windows, then do the following:
1. look for the following file in folder C:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts (this is a file without extension)
2. Open the file with Notepad.
3. Removing the whole line that contains gs.apple.com such as "127.0.0.1 gs.apple.com"
4. Save the file and reboot.

So you mean when drag a line with contains gs.apple.com to C:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc\hosts ..
So the host.txt <-- remove ( txt ) ? I'll try it ..

Gentleman. Does winterboard work in 4.3.2?

There is a file named "host" in the folder. No need to input a new one or copy a new one. Just open the "host" file with Notepad and edit as stated.

You need to have administrative privilege to edit the host file.

Signal seems fine for me for both my 3gs and i4

But i use a gevey sim .. There is no advantages right if use gevey sim and want to jailbrake ?
